C9449 - Icon Changes

I have decided to change the icon a bit. The new icon I will be using is this:

The reason behind this change is that the old icon was not visible enough when small and simply looked like a mess. Here are some examples:

(Task bar icon)

(System tray icon)

As you can see, the new icon (one to the right) looks much better and provides the clarity old one did not. Fear not, the old one will be used as a logo for C9449!

C9449 - UDP Networking

I have added the UDP Networking support to C9449. This will be very important for locating other C9449s on the local area network. As you can see on the screenshot, C9449 has succesfully located other C9449 on another computer. More info soon!

C9449 - System Tray Notifications

After hours of trying to make this work, I have finally managed to implement system tray notifications. I must say, I am kinda sad that C# WPF doesn't support the NotifyIcon class without referencing System.Windows.Forms. I ended up coding C9449 in C# Forms because of this... Oh well.

Anyway, this will be very useful for C9449. C9449 can now also be minimized to the system tray for background use. More information soon!

Hmm, what could this image mean?

This image is actually the logo of a completely new application I am developing right now. Let's just name it Project C9449 for now and see what will come out of it!
